Lisa has over 30 years’ experience of working with the body.

Starting out in her career as a Personal Trainer, Lisa soon developed a fascination of how the body worked on a deeper scale, wanting to know more about how illnesses and imbalances occurred and affected people.

Lisa studied with various experts in their fields and built up an impressive collection of qualifications spanning from hands on physical rehabilitation / manipulation to hands off healing with Reiki, Shamanic practices and Quantum Touch and more recently, Kinesiology which is all about the art of muscle testing to find out exactly what the body requires to be balanced. This can be through diet, supplements, lifestyle changes to help with trauma or stress and our energy systems.

For 12 years Lisa owned a rehabilitation gym in Wallingford where she improved many people’s lives after suffering strokes, heart attacks, dealing with MS, ME and Parkinsons Disease plus many other debilitating conditions.

Lisa says ‘Our body holds on to trauma, either emotional or physical and if the emotion of the trauma has never been resolved then this can cause all kinds of problems.

Childhood trauma, trauma from accidents, abuse of any kind, will impact our system and will present in many ways, physically and / or emotionally - stress, anxiety, depression, through to dis-ease such as heart conditions, IBS, urinary infections, skin complaints and more.

Kinesiology.

First session is 2hrs as we have a lot of fact finding to work through and I need you to feel heard and relaxed as I take a full history from you - £120

Follow up sessions are 1.5hrs - £95

Supplements may be required at an additional cost.

Reiki / Quantum Touch

 A beautiful hands off / on therapy to help restore wellbeing and to promote healing. By using Universal energy while you lay fully clothed in a relaxed calming environment, I move around the body placing my hands in various positions to promote the healing.

Quantum-Touch uses breathing techniques to amplify and raise the vibration in the room which aids the healing and helps show up energy blocks, structural imbalances, emotional trauma and more.

The two treatments work beautifully together.

Connections Treatment

Connections is working with the body, mind, spirit and soul to bring everything into realignment and harmony.

This is an hour’s treatment combining many different techniques to bring your body and mind back to a feeling of balance and to promote healing.

This treatment can help alleviate pain, aches, tensions, imbalances, headaches, emotional trauma and so much more. It is Lisa’s flagship treatment that has amazing results.

There are no forced or jarring manipulations and nothing to be fearful of.  In fact, because your body has initialized the necessary corrections, it will welcome the changes and respond accordingly,

 Working in this way usually brings the emotions to the fore in a gentle way as memories can resurface and softly be released in safe, confidential, comfortable surroundings.’
